These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pklik and form a binding agreement between you and the platform. By registering or placing a bet, you confirm acceptance.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the pklik platform — including placing bets, depositing funds, or using live casino features — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the pklik platform.
pklik reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via the website with the updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
2. Eligibility
2.1
Minimum Age
Access to and use of pklik is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. pklik reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. If a player is found to be under the minimum age, their account will be closed immediately and any funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
2.2
Geographic Restrictions
pklik is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing or using pklik is legal in their jurisdiction. pklik does not make any representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific location outside its intended market. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk.
2.3
Account Restrictions
Each individual may hold only one pklik account. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of pklik, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any real-money games or wagering activities on the platform.

3. Account Registration and Management
3.1
Registration Requirements
To create a pklik account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your mobile number, date of birth and any other details requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
3.2
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pklik account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pklik will never contact you to request your password. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact pklik support immediately.
3.3
KYC Verification
pklik may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. You agree to provide any documentation requested by the pklik compliance team within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until the process is completed satisfactorily.
3.4
Account Closure
You may close your pklik account at any time by contacting support. pklik may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion if you are found to have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (subject to withdrawal eligibility) will be processed back to your verified payment method.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1
Accepted Payment Methods
pklik processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank. pklik reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time. Players must use payment methods registered in their own name.
4.2
Deposit Processing
Deposits are typically credited to your pklik account in real time. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer due to delays at the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method. pklik does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own charges.
4.3
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. pklik aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Withdrawal amounts must not exceed the available balance in your account. pklik reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds.
4.4
Refused Transactions
pklik reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, made by an ineligible player, or in breach of these Terms. Where a transaction is refused or reversed, pklik will endeavour to notify the player and provide an explanation where it is lawful and practical to do so.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players at pklik's discretion. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits and game restrictions. These specific promotional terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these general Terms.
5.2
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms. pklik reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where a player is found to have exploited a promotion in bad faith or through systematic play that circumvents the intended spirit of the offer.
5.3
Bonus Abuse
pklik takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, placing bets that artificially hedge across outcomes to guarantee completion of rollover without genuine risk, and exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on the pklik platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
6.1
Fraud and Misrepresentation
Players must not engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments, making chargebacks on legitimate deposits, or impersonating another player or pklik staff member.
6.2
Collusion and Match Fixing
Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, or participating in any form of match fixing in sports betting markets, is strictly prohibited. pklik employs monitoring tools to detect collusion patterns and will act on any credible evidence of coordinated manipulation.
6.3
Automated Play and Software Exploitation
The use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform is prohibited. Players must not attempt to exploit bugs, glitches or technical vulnerabilities in any pklik game or system. Any winnings generated through such methods are void and will be forfeited.
7. Responsible Gaming
7.1
Player Protection Tools
pklik is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options, all accessible from your account settings. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your wellbeing or finances, please use these tools or contact our support team immediately.
7.2
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of a minimum of six months through their account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. pklik will use reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion, but players acknowledge that responsibility for avoiding gambling during an exclusion period also rests with them personally.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1
Platform Content
All content on the pklik platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pklik or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any pklik content without prior written consent.
8.2
Third-Party Providers
Game content available on pklik is provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Spribe and others. All trademarks, service marks and trade names relating to these providers remain the property of their respective owners. pklik does not claim ownership over any third-party intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1
Service Availability
pklik aims to provide a continuously available platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond pklik's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, network failures, or force majeure events. pklik shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.
9.2
Exclusion of Consequential Loss
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pklik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. pklik's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Amendments, Disputes and Governing Law
10.1
Amendments to Terms
pklik reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pklik will notify players via the platform with a reasonable notice period prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.
10.2
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your pklik account, a bet, a payment or any other platform matter, you should contact pklik support in the first instance by emailing [email protected]. pklik will endeavour to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
10.3
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
